Involved in monthly team meetings which entailed planning for the upcoming events.
Also, an active member of the Prayer Team participating in activities such as praying over prayer requests, praying with the speeches before service, greeting persons at entrance, creating prayer boards, answering prayer request texts, created devotional thoughts that were shared on social media.

This was the 1st Evangelism conference held by Burman University. The purpose of this conference was to equip SDAs Canadawide with practical ways to evangelize in multiple contexts in Canada today and encourage them to make evangelism a part of their daily lives.
I attended planning committee meetings as a platform team member and oversaw a brainstorm meeting for platform team members. I later was selected to be the Coordinator and executed this role during the event.
Managing an event of this nature made me very aware of the importance of developed management expertise in ministry.
Was asked frequently to be responsible for full planning and execution of the sabbath program for the George Town Seventh day Adventist church. This involved both the selection of the main theme and creating a format to effectively deliver the message.
Having responsible for the full planning and execution of sabbath program helped to hone my management skills of planning and execution of activities. The coordination of the participants will no doubt be a regular feature of my future ministry.
One of persons in charge of communication and media systems corresponding with teams from about 10 different Caribbean countries. This was a four day program incorporating contributions from ASI members from the chapters in these countries.
I was involved in setting up and monitoring the Zoom platform as well as integrating the contributors into the program.
This experience will help me in organising and coordinating multi-faceted activities and incorporating the modern technology into my ministry.

I was asked along with two other students to be one of the Judges for the Lake Union Pathfinder Bible Experience for 2023. This was a big event involving entrants from four different states.
The opportunity to guide this important aspect of the event and the skills gleaned from the interaction with the more experience judges was invaluable.
I intend to use this in my ministry as I plan and coordinated similar events in the future.
